Wow! I really didn’t expect our very own Miss Philippines Karla Paula Henry to win! I was rooting for Miss Australia and Venezuela! Haha!

The Miss Earth 2008 Beauties For A Cause pageant culminated Nov. 9 (this night) at the Clark Expo in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Ironically, this is the first time a Filipino woman ever held the title of Miss Earth in a Philippine hosted event. The first Asian too! Woohoo!
