Roving the Philippines promoting the Green Lifestyle!

What have the candidates been doing?  They’ve been busy promoting the Miss World theme “Green Lifestyle” while exploring the different islands of beautiful Philippines! The Green Lifestyle promotes the use of recyclable materials and integrating them into our daily lifestyle. The candidates also planted trees in Rizal, Batangas and Palawan. They also taught the students of Taytay, Rizal the importance of protecting the environment! These girls are unreal! Win or lose, the girls have already touched lives!

Miss Venezuela, Long Gown Hotness!

Miss Venezuela, Maria Daniela Torrealba, won the Best in Long gown award in a gorgeous red gown. Sorry for the bland description, but my fashion sense (and wardrobe) is limited to polo shirts and denim, so yeah…

Miss Mexico bags the Best in Swimsuit award!

Of the 15 finalists in the Final Swimsuit Competition held at the Fontana Leisure Park in the Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga last Nov. 2, Miss Mexico, Abigail Elizalde,  was deemed to have the best looking bod in a swimsuit! Woohoo!

National Costume and Miss Photogenic Winners!

Miss Panama, Shassia Ubillus, was the declared winner of the coveted Best in National Costume! The competition was held at the PAGCOR Grand Theater in Paranaque City.

Chosen for her grace under camera fire, Miss Philippines Karla Paula Henry, was unanimously chosen as Miss Photogenic!
